Welcome to Cookies and Dreams! This is a small, home based decorated cookie business out of Visalia, CA. I am Jill, a kindergarten teacher who LOVES baking and decorating! I'm just starting to sell my cookies. This blog will be a place to post pictures for potential customers. :)   Turn around time is 5-7 days, but I can do rush orders if necessary. If you are interested in a specific cookie, let me know! I love finding unique cookie cutters and making everything look exactly like YOU want it! :)
