The chicken recipe is so easy I'm embarrassed to share it - lol! :) Basically, mix up Stove Top chicken stuffing according to the microwave directions but don't cook it. Then put 4-6 chicken breasts in a 9x13 pan, pour a BIG can (or 2 little cans) of cream of mushroom or chicken soup over them and add a cup or so of cream cheese. Top with the stuffing. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Super easy and great comfort food. :)
